Procedural Gas Giant for Blender 3.2
Zero image textures are used in this blend. Everything is made with shader nodes. This is a fully procedural (using only shader nodes) Jupiter-like gas giant. This works in Cycles and Eevee (but I think Cycles looks better). Rendering time is around 1.5 minutes per frame at 1080p on an RTX 2070 laptop. The camera's proximity to the planet effects render time greatly. As the textures are fully procedural, you can get very close to them to reveal unfolding detail and you can animate the textures in the shader nodes to create a basic active atmosphere effect. These textures can also be baked down for use in other applications. This is version 1.0. New versions with more variations and features are in the hopper.
Some intermediate experience with Blender shader nodes is highly recommended.
